Grace vs Guilt

When there is guilt, grace can be found.

Sometimes it feels like Grace is battling Guilt to win.

I have recently had a talk with me, myself, and I.

The store has become popular and very busy that

I am a bit overwhelmed.

What I strive to do in my work is offer encouragement. It can be challenging on the days where I feel depleted.

On these days, I listen more than I share.

As listening is one of the most important aspects to encourage.

Making someone feel heard is empowering.

Empowerment is my business.

Ever want to be a super hero?

Believe in yourself.

Acts of kindness expand your chest and alleviate your stress.

I went through this exercise last night and it is what inspired this message.

There is so much going on in my life that I easily tilt to guilt.

Reaching out to my mentors helps me focus and get back into balance

So I have more grace to offer others.

May your scale hang with grace because you are uniquely you!

Just like chocolate chip cookies. What?

Each one has a unique amount of chocolate chips.

If you don’t believe me, I give you permission

To go buy your favorite bag and eat them all!
